Taking a cue from modern sculptural techniques and applying them to design, Cattelan Italia proposes this new base, consisting of two curved and overlapping metal plates, as if to form the collar of a shirt. The well-defined edges highlight the precision with which the proportions and curves of the two sheets have been studied. To enhance this new home decor proposal, Cattelan Italia also introduces an exclusive finish, designed especially for the Scott model. We are talking about the Oxybrass finish, in oxidised brass that is entirely brushed by hand and has an oxidation shade that darkens towards the ground.
