Designed by Antonio Citterio, the Groundpiece bed echoes the comfort and shapes of the sofa of the same name to offer optimal rest. The base of the bed is made of plywood and metal, with a polyurethane foam padding covered in a protective bonded fabric, ending with a solid wood headboard with the same padding as the base. The entire structure is supported by tubular metal feet, oven-baked enamelled with grey epoxy powders, and rests on thermoplastic material toes on the floor. The Flexform Groundpiece bed is customisable: you can choose the cover you prefer between fabric or leather, entirely removable.
